Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven professional who wants flexibility, unlimited earning potential, and the ability to build strong relationships within the Polk County business community.

This position offers the freedom to set your own schedule while representing a respected local marketing agency with a strong reputation and proven results.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with small business owners throughout Polk County
• Identify opportunities to expand marketing efforts through:

• Google Ads & Local Service Ads
• TV & Streaming Advertising
• Social Media Marketing
• Website Design & SEO
• Print and branded marketing materials

• Conduct in-person meetings, networking, and presentations
• Collaborate with our internal team to develop customized marketing solutions
• Maintain follow-up and relationship management with prospects
• Document client communication and pipeline activity

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based with high earning potential
• Performance-driven income with no cap
